Here is a great example of how working together we can achieve a lot, what I like to call the 'Hive Mind'. I spotted an FB post about a 'lost street' called Prairie asking for any information. I went to https://ourfallen.lowestoftoldandnow.org/search and got 7 hits, ELSIE PETHERICK, FREDERICK HAVERS, LESLIE REEVE, GEORGE SHIPLEE, GORDON SHIPLEE, FREDERICK BARNES and ALBERT FISHER which I passed on.

Once you have your materials and tools, clear and level an area 4m sq with the front positioned for the view and optimising the sun.
At the back right corner mark (yellow line marker spray) an X on the ground (this is the position of the main vertical post). From this point mark two lines at right angles, length 332cm long. Then using string and marker draw a quarter circle on the ground from the X to join these two lines. (See image A)

At Budget 2018, government announced that from April 2022 it wouldintroduce a world-leading new tax on the production and import of plastic packaging with less than 30% recycled content, subject to consultation. These regulations set waste recycling targets for businesses responsible for producing packaging (like food containers). At the Suffolk-Norfolk border, Lowestoft is a seaside resort and port town with an interesting story to tell. In the 20th century the port was one of the pillars of the UK’s fishing industry, while the town developed with the expansion of offshore oil and gas drilling in the North Sea in the 1970s.

Fake Broadband scams Phonecalls about your internet are pretty common scams. I had one yesterday, purporting to be from a Broadband provider (which as it happened, was the one I used, but they just cycle through the main companies, knowing the probability of getting it right is quite high), saying they were 'Shutting down my internet connection because of suspicious activity on my IP Address'.

It will just clog the system. East Suffolk infection rate rockets. Analysts and transmission specialists point to the new variant being the driving force of this escalation, though data is incomplete, not least because of problems with the testing programme. Whatever the cause, hospitals and other health agencies report massive problems. “One NHS worker said: "It's just horrendous, it's like a war zone.
Added: 23 September, 2023This graph shows why we in East Suffolk need to go into full lockdown, and should perhaps have done so earlier. September, local cases were pretty low. Encouraging, even. Then they started to go up, mirroring but still lower than the national climb. By October it was a strong upward trend. Eventually, the government put us into the second national Lockdown-With-Many-Exceptions. From the graph, it certainly seems that this had some effect, and by December the figures were around where we had started the lockdown.
